How everything started!
More than 100 years ago, my grandfather from Bavaria, in the vicinity of Nuremburg, started dealing with horseradish quality products. In the meantime, a great deal has changed, but not our enthusiasm for the product, the care with which we cultivate the horseradish and the quality we produce. For 20 years now we have also been active in Hungary. More than 170 employees work for KOCHs in Hungary, dedicated to excellence in every detail and responsible for the entire European market. Why do we produce in Hungary? Because horseradish is at home in this region of Central Europe. In 1988 we decided therefore to cultivate our crops and install our production facilities in Hungary, ensuring that the transport routes for this natural product are particularly short and gentle. This is also why we fill the horseradish directly into the glass.
Today our range also includes salad dressing, barbeque sauces and paprika pastes. KOCHs also produces exclusive vinegar and we are continuously extending our product range. In cooperation with a young and well-trained management team we are constantly researching the best breeding and cultivation methods as well as developing new products, which have to pass extremely high quality tests.
