Coleslaw with Horseradish
Ingredients for 4 persons

750 | g | White of green cabbage |
5 | tbsp | Horseradish out of a glass |
2 | pcs | Apple |
2 | smal | Onions |
4 | tbsp | Oil |
2 | tbsp | Sugar |
2 | tbsp | Vinegar |
| some | Dill or parsley |
Finely shred the cabbage, toss with a fork to loosen up and add salt. Cut the onions into thin slices as well as the apples and mix with KOCHs horseradish. Season to taste with oil, vinegar, sugar and chopped herbs, and allow to stand.
Special tip from Szilvi:
Use good KOCHs vinegar or an exclusive KOCHs oil for this recipe. This salad is everybody's favorite - my boyfriend included. The ideal dish for your summer picnic. The longer the coleslaw is allowed to stand before eating, the better it will taste.
