Pasta Salad with Horseradish
Ingredients for 4 persons

1 | bunch | Dill |
4 | tbsp | Sour cream |
4 | tbsp | Whipping cream |
1 | tbsp | Grated horseradish out of a glass, for example KOCHs Creamed Horseradish |

Cook the macaroni in boiling salt water for 8 to 10 minutes until al dente. Then drain the pasta and allow to drip off. Mix the sour cream, whipping cream and horseradish and season generously with salt and pepper. Chop the dill finely and add to the mixture. Cut the cucumber, gherkins and tomatoes into cubes and add the cooled macaroni, mix carefully. Then add the creamed horseradish salad dressing.
